If during your reservation you think you may be late, modify your reservation from your interface accessible via the application, if the schedule allows it. Otherwise, you will have to return as soon as possible because a user is waiting for the car. Beyond a 10-minute tolerance period, any delay will be charged an additional €1 per minute.
