Will I be charged for cancelling my booking during the self-isolation period?

If you have a rental starting and ending before the suspension of services then the vehicle is available for use as usual.

For customers that have a rental with an end date during the time our services are suspended due to self-isolation measures are in place, your reservation may be extended without additional rental costs if you are unable to return your vehicle to its' original parking spot. In this case, you will only be charged in reference to your initial booking*. When normal service is resumed, you will be notified to return the car to its' original parking spot within 48 hours.
