When you book, we'll send you an email and text message with the exact location of the vehicle.
Once you've found it, you can open it by holding your contactless card over the card reader on the windscreen on the driver's side of the vehicle. Alternatively, you can open the vehicle with your app. (Note you need mobile coverage to use this option which may be problematic in underground parkings).
For vehicles connected to the bollard:
Unplug: you must first press the "Unlock" button on the key, disconnect the cable from the car and then from the bollard and store it in the trunk.
Connect: you must retrieve the cable from the trunk, open the charging hatch, connect the car with (picto car) the cable and connect the cable to the charging point. Position the cable in the socket, turn, and push. Then pass the red key badge on the contactless area above the terminal. The light freezes to blue if the cable is properly connected.
