Find the terminal that is in the glove compartment. If it is your first booking you may be asked to enter a PIN. This will be DD/YY of your date of birth. Answer the questions on the terminal regarding cleaning and damage.
If the vehicle is damaged, call our costumer service number or send a photo of the damage to us by email.
Remove the car key from the terminal.
Start the vehicle normally and off you go.
In the case of rechargeable electric and hybrid vehicles, you must remove the charging cable and put it back in the trunk (see electrical section: here)
Remember we are a round trip company so make sure you always drop the vehicle back to the same parking spot.
