Your account is created!
You can now access the map of our stations and car parks to book one of our cars. To confirm your reservation, we will need some additional details:
- Add your driver's license and a selfie where you hold your license in your hand on the front side
- Add your credit card
- Choose the badge you will use to unlock the vehicle
You have three options to open the vehicle:
- Use your phone by unlocking via the application
- Order a Ubeeqo badge for 5€, which you receive at home
- Use your contactless credit card or Navigo Pass, which you will have to synchronize when making your first reservation by entering a PIN code on the box corresponding to the DD/YY of your date of birth (Ex: 24/05/1995 = 2495)
We will validate your account within 24 hours, but you can still reach out to our customer care service to speed up the validation process if your reservation starts soon after you registered. Contact us every day of the week between 8 am and 10 pm by calling the +33178164575
